3. Order Acceptance & Payment

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed deposit payment, subject to inventory availability and export readiness.
Feco Foods reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, mobile transfer, or approved online payment channels.

4. Pricing & Currency

All prices are quoted in Naira (₦), US Dollars ($), or client-specified currency, exclusive of taxes, customs duties, and delivery fees (unless otherwise stated).
Prices are subject to change due to market conditions, exchange rates, logistics fluctuations, or product availability.

5. Delivery & Shipping

Feco Foods is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping agents, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, returns are only accepted for damaged, expired, or incorrect items as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order, accompanied by supporting evidence (photos/videos).
Refunds are subject to internal verification and will be processed within 7–14 business days if approved.
